Shipping and Handling
- We process all orders within 24 hours. Any orders placed on Fridays after 2pm PST will be processed on the following Monday.
- We work with U.S.P.S. as they are the most cost effective, quickest, and easiest to track and insure.
- All orders ship in discreet, unmarked packaging.
- PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS CORRECT, WITHOUT ERRORS, AS THIS IS HOW YOU WILL RECEIVE ORDER UPDATES
- If there are any issues with your order shipment, please contact us. We do not have control over the order once it is shipped, but we can help you in taking the steps to track or resolve any issues.

- WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR REASONS OF "I ORDERED THE WRONG PART", "I DONT LIKE IT", "I CHANGED MY MIND", OR ANY OTHER PERSONAL PREFERENCE CHANGE, OR FOR YOU GUESSING IF IT WILL WORK. UNSURE IF IT WILL WORK? SEND US A MESSAGE AND ASK US! IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE ORDERING WHAT YOU NEED / WANT.
- We must be notified of any issues with orders within 3 business days of delivery.
- RETURN REQUESTS ARE DENIED 90 DAYS AFTER ORDER
- We do not honor buyers remorse, so please make sure you are buying what you need. If you are unsure of an item working for what you need as some parts are interchangeable, please reach out to us for confirmation before you order.
- Any returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Return shipping is the buyers responsibility. So please make sure your order is correct with the correct address for shipping.
- Any orders returned to us by the shipping carrier for non delivery will need to have the shipping cost paid for buy the buyer before we can re-ship the order.

- Please log into your account on our website to file a return request.
- From your account, select the order that you would like to file a return for, and follow the directions from the return items link.
- Please include any additional information in the comments for us to easily process the return.
- Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.

WE DO NOT OWN OUR OWN SHIPPING PLANES, TRUCKS, ETC.. WORK JUST A LITTLE WITH US, AND WE WILL WORK TIRELESSLY FOR YOU.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued only for errors in photos/info/titles or manufacturer defect. We do not issue refunds because you ordered the wrong part. We do our best to ensure that all info and items are represented to the best quality and accuracy, but in the instance there is an error that leads to your order being incorrect, we will honor a refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued once the original item is returned to us undamaged.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS WHERE YOU WANT YOUR DELIVERY TO GO. YOUR ERROR IS NOT OUR FINANCIAL MISTAKE. IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY SHIPPING AGAIN IF THIS ERROR OCCURS.
